YOUR JOURNEY STARTS HERE

FIRST VISIT TIPS

Studio photography of a dark grey exercise or yoga mat lying on a light wood floor with a folded towel on top. The setting is bright and peaceful, next to a window with sheer white curtains.
What to wear

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic clothes. Grip socks are not required but you are welcome to wear them. Athletic shoes are appropriate for our Sculpt Fusion and Ride classes.  If you have indoor cycle shoes, our bikes are compatible with SPD clips.

When to arrive

Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first session to meet your instructor and get a tour of the studio.

What to bring

Bring a reusable water bottle, as we have a filtered water station but do not sell bottled water. Bring your mat if you have one. We provide all the equipment and props you will need for your movement journey (and have mats if you don't have your own.)

Health & Focus

Let your instructor know if you have any injuries or conditions before the class begins. Listen to your body. Take what you need, leave the rest.

FAQs

Is Pilates suitable for absolute beginners?

Absolutely. Our intro classes are designed specifically for those new to the practice, focusing on foundational movements and proper form.

What should I wear to my first Pilates session?

Wear comfortable, form-fitting athletic wear that allows you to move freely. Grippy socks are highly recommended for stability on the reformer.

How often should I attend classes?

For best results, we recommend 2–3 times a week. This allows your body to adapt and build strength effectively between sessions.
