Thank you for understanding and honoring our business practices.
Although pre-registration for classes is NOT required, we are a small but popular studio so classes tend to fill up. Therefore, pre-registration is recommended, particularly for “hot spot” times such as 8:15am, 5:30/5:45pm and Saturday mornings.

A 12-hour cancellation notice is required when pre-registered for a class and a 24-hour cancellation notice is required when booked for a private appointment.
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, you must call (912) 638-5449. If we are unable to answer, please leave your information on our answering service so that we have record of your call.
E-mail appointment cancellations are not accepted!
Our cancellation policy for classes is as follows:
Failure to cancel within 12 hours will result in a no-show or late cancel fee of up to $15. This policy is to ensure that all members have a fair chance of getting into classes without others saving spots and then not attending.
Our cancellation policy for private appointments is as follows:
More than 24 hours notice: Service will be cancelled at no charge.
Less than 24 hours notice: 50% of the service price will be charged.
Failure to show without notice: 100% of the service price will be charged.
Please understand that arriving late may limit the time available for your session, thus lessening its effectiveness and your satisfaction.
Please note that all autopay memberships require a 6-month contract and we do not “freeze” or “extend” memberships.
A $100 fee will be applied in order to cancel a 6-month contract.
Memberships are for individual use only; however, up to (3) family members may be added to a FULL ACCESS AUTOPAY membership for $50 each.
